		<description>&quot;Amen&quot; to that.  Equally as frustrating as the ambiguity, is the amount of postings that are no longer open on corporate websites.  I understand that the independent recruiters try to string us along with bogus postings to get us on their books, but the actual hiring companies should be more responsive with their own websites. I used to think that if it was still posted it must still be valid and I was entitled to be optimistic and get my hopes up.  And now?  Not so much.  DH</description>
